What materials are used in your products?Our 3D printed products are made from PETG plastic unless otherwise specified.

Are your products made from recycled materials?Not yet. We are currently in "Phase 1" of our business and plan to introduce recycled materials as part of "Phase 2" in the future.

Will my product look exactly like the picture?Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color and texture may occur. Layer lines and minor unevenness are typical, though we clean, process, and sand all products to ensure the best finish we can provide.

Where do you deliver?We currently deliver across Singapore via SingPost's SmartPac service.

What happens if my letterbox is full?SingPost will attempt doorstep delivery if your package cannot fit in the letterbox.

How long does delivery take?Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For customised orders, an additional 1-3 days may be required for processing.

Do you accept returns?Yes, it is part of our mission to close the loop on plastic waste. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation before mailing anything to us.

Can I partner with you to set up a plastic waste collection system?Yes! While we are not actively recycling yet, we’re open to collaborating with businesses and schools to establish systems for collecting clean, sorted plastic waste. Contact us to discuss more.

Can designers partner with you to create and sell products?Designers can collaborate with us to turn their ideas into reality using our 3D printing facilities. Whether it’s prototyping or full-scale production, we’ll assist with manufacturing and even offer opportunities to sell your creations through our marketplace.
